WhatsApp for iPhone Gets YouTube Integration, Comes With PiP Feature

It’s been a year ago when iPhone was launched to the whole world. Apple had come up with several special features that allow us to do some particular task. We have seen that Apple is far way different from the Android Smartphones. It is not very customizable, and unlike Android, we didn’t find so many options regarding the UI of the smartphone. But Apple is a very tidy and clean type of smartphone, its elegant design grabs everybody attention. Day by Day Apple is surprising its users with some new designs integrated with the help of brilliant and innovative technology. Recently, Apple came up with a new device in iPhone family which is named as iPhone X. This is the very first smartphone that comes with a face recognition technology.

Since Apple uses a different OS (iOS) on their smartphone then it is natural that their apps will too different from other Smartphone Apps. Apple iTunes store is the marketplace of almost all the apps that are compatible with the iPhone, WhatsApp is one of them. We have seen that WhatsApp has become very popular in last 2 years, it is because of the feature that it is adding continuously. Almost every month WhatsApp is upgrading its Algorithm in order to become more safer and easy to use.

Just a few weeks ago, WhatsApp had updated its messenger over iTunes and is offering some new features to its iOS app. Although Android Apps Store didn’t get the same update, iOS users got a very interesting feature via this update from WhatsApp.

WhatsApp had added a feature of watching YouTube videos on the same chat dialog without getting redirected to the YouTube Website. Earlier whenever we share any YouTube video with our friends, it uses YouTube website and from their only you can watch that particular video. But Now it’s not like that, anyone who receives a YouTube video link can watch the video their itself.

Actually, what happens is? Whenever you click on such received links, you will see a small popup screen will appear at the same chat dialog overriding a particular area and via that screen, you can watch that video.

There are many benefits of this new feature and few of them are mentioned below.

  • Your data will be saved as now Only that specific video will be loaded and even the suggestion that we get from the YouTube team won’t be there to distract you.
  • You can customize that area covered by the Pop-up screen as per your choice.
  • While watching the video you can continue chatting with your friend.
  • Your time will be less consumed in this process.

One thing we would like to mention here is that while watching that video you can only chat with the person who had sent you that video.

This was all regarding the new WhatsApp update for iPhone, we are assuming that WhatsApp should soon give such update to Android Smartphone Users too
